1 box Dreamfields elbow pasta
1 cup prepared light Alfredo sauce
2 cups shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese (or mozzarella or combination)
1/2 cup skim milk
Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain. Return pasta to pan, remove from heat, and immediately add Alfredo sauce, cheese and milk to pasta, stirring constantly until cheese is well blended. Add additional milk if necessary for consistency. Serve immediately.
