Simple Custard
2 cups cream
1 tsp vanilla
6 egg yolks
2 tsp corn flour
1/2 super fine sugar
Combine cream and vanilla in pan. Warm gently, do not boil.
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks, sugar and corn flour until creamy. Add warm cream.
Put mixture back in pan and cook, stirring constantly until custard thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
